ESP was founded by Andrew Fletcher (Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Environmentalist and Registered Environmental Auditor) and Keith Hampshire (Chartered Landscape Architect) who realised from their extensive experience in local government, industry and consultancy that offering a partnership approach to customers who need to outsource environmental services would be an attractive proposition.

John Sharpe
Chairman
Provides a strategic outlook gained from a wealth of experience within blue chip organisations. John was a Director of Sustainability West Midlands and Executive Director of the Sustainable Housing Action Programme.

Gail Adkins
Director of Landscape
An experienced chartered landscape architect with a great talent for problem-solving through teamwork, 3D modelling and visualisation. A specialist in minerals development, restoration and site selection through LVIA.

Emma Carlin
Director of Systems
An experienced Lead Auditor in various management systems, specialising in ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015. A background in training and development and sales and marketing.

An enthusiastic environmental scientist and a lead auditor, specialising in quality, h&s, environmental and integrated management systems

Karen’s unique skills in mentoring and understanding of well-being led her to develop our Thrive initiative which is a key part of ESP’s identity. Karen is our Mental Health First Aider.

An experienced and personable Lead Auditor, Amanda ensures Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety system conformity to clients from public and private sectors. Amanda has a background in design and manufacturing.

Christienne Murray
Principal Landscape Architect
Christienne is a Chartered Landscape Architect with 15 years’ experience in the private and public sectors. She has experience in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA), as well as contributing to design projects including flood risk management, green infrastructure, renewable energy, as well as new build residential, educational and industrial developments.

Keren Bucknall
Landscape Technician
After completing her BSc in Geography, Keren is realising her natural design and computer skills producing beautiful plans & visualisations for the landscape team

Keith Hampshire
Consultant
A Chartered Landscape Architect specialising in award-winning restoration of minerals sites, Keith has invaluable knowledge, experience and a great attention to detail.
